We are hiring for our leading client into Specialty Chemical manufacturing segment. The company has multiple plants and is growing at an accelerating phase with greenfield expansion projects in the pipeline.

- Manager / Sr Manager Quality Assurance (Specialty Chemicals)
- Location: Vizag (Andhra Pradesh)
- Reporting to: Head Quality

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the design, deployment, and continual enhancement of the plants Quality Management System in alignment with ISO requirements.
- Oversee documentation governance, including controlled updates, version management, and longterm record retention.
- Champion Data Integrity practices and steer the rollout of digital quality platforms across the organisation.
- Track, analyse, and improve quality KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Manage supplier quality processes, including evaluation, qualification, and periodic performance reviews.
- Review and authorise batch records, process deviations, and change control proposals, ensuring strict adherence to approved specifications and operating parameters.
- Lead investigations for process deviations, nonconformances, and customer issues; conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely closure of CAPA actions.
- Coordinate external audits (customer, ISO, regulatory) and ensure prompt resolution of observations and preventive actions.




- Plan and execute internal quality audits to ensure system robustness and compliance.
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and traceability of all quality documentation and records.
- Build capability within the organisation by training teams on quality systems, SOP compliance, and regulatory expectations.

Competencies

- Strong understanding of specialty chemical manufacturing and associated quality requirements.
- Proven analytical ability with a structured approach to problemsolving.
- Handson expertise in deviation handling, RCA, CAPA management, and audit readiness.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in guiding and developing quality teams.
- High attention to detail with a strong compliance and data integrity mindset.
- Effective communication and crossfunctional coordination abilities.
- Ability to operate under pressure in a energetic, highthroughput production environment.

Qualification

- M.Sc. in Chemistry; Ph.D. preferred.

Experience

- 10–15 years of Quality Assurance experience in specialty chemicals, fine chemicals, intermediates, or process chemicals.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading the QA function as QA Head.
