Role & responsibilities

- Implement security procedures across nodes, routes, hubs, and customer sites.

- Monitor security systems and manage incidents involving theft, loss, or asset damage.

- Conduct security audits, inspections, and surprise checks.

- Support investigations and risk assessments across field locations and transport routes.

- Coordinate with local authorities, security vendors, and external agencies.

- Drive security awareness and training for field teams.

- Maintain accurate incident and loss records.

- Ensure effective security measures through vendor coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

- 10+ years of experience in Armed Forces, CAPF, Police, Industrial Security, or equivalent organizations.

- 3+ years of corporate experience in Security & Loss Prevention, preferably in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain.

- Professional certifications in Security Management, Industrial Security, or Risk Management will be preferred.

- Robust field presence, investigation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
