Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Manager/Senior Manager/AGM/DGM - Export Marketing - Pharma API | South America and LATAM Markets. The role involves developing and executing export marketing strategies for pharmaceutical APIs across South America and LATAM, including market analysis, customer identification, and relationship management. The position is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, regulatory, and logistics to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.

The role includes preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, managing pricing strategies,



and monitoring regional trends and competitor activities. The individual will also be expected to travel as needed to meet clients, participate in industry events, and strengthen Karmbridge Solutions’ presence in target markets.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in export marketing and international business development for Pharma APIs, preferably in South America and LATAM markets.
- Proven experience in sales and key account management, including negotiation, contract finalization, and long-term customer relationship building.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, documentation, and compliance related to API exports.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop region-specific strategies and sales forecasts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and logistics.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple markets and projects.
- Prior experience in a managerial or senior managerial role in pharma export marketing will be highly beneficial.
