Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the acquisition of new properties for retail clients, ensuring timely completion of transactions and meeting client expectations.

- Develop business relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and other industry professionals to drive growth opportunities.

- Oversee lease negotiations and contract administration to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential site acquisitions that meet client needs.

Job Requirements :

- 10-14 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field (retail).

- Proven track record in property acquisition management, including lease negotiation and contract administration.

- Solid understanding of local market conditions, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
