Roles Responsibilities

- Manage production planning and on-time delivery.

- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines and materials.

- Support ERP activities and production documentation.

- Participate in audits, validations and compliance activities.

- Coordinate with planning, supply chain and maintenance teams.

- Monitor productivity, yield and rejection trends.

- Drive CAPA, customer complaint resolution and quality improvements.

- Support current product introduction and process improvements.

- Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Graduation in Engineering or Bachelor of Science.

- 810 years of experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
