- Drive tyre sales across the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop dealer and distributor network.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers.
- Build solid relationships with transporters, fleet owners, OEMs, agricultural customers, and industrial clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans.
- Lead and mentor Sales Officers.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 04 years of experience in tyre, lubricant, battery, automotive spare parts, tractor, commercial vehicle, or industrial product sales.
- Strong dealer network in Pune and nearby districts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
