. Ensure that solutions meet business needs and validate system functionality.

. Facilitating cross functional alignment & governance reviews

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology. Preferably with a qualified qualification.

Knowledge of Life Insurance domain also have knowledge on audit & compliance guideline, preferred.

Must have knowledge of Ingenium is & experience in systems analysis, or a related field.

Must have a minimum of 8- 10 years in Insurance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
