Position: Manager – Operations
Location: Kozhikode
Employment: Full-time
Reporting To: Management
Key Responsibilities
- Overall day-to-day operations management
- Accounts & expense monitoring
- HR & staff management
- Site work & project coordination
- Vendor management & payment coordination
- Office administration
- Staff performance & attendance monitoring
- Monthly MIS & operational reports
- Implementing Management decisions
Requirements
- 2–3 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Accounts, HR & Operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good Excel / MS Office knowledge
- Ability to manage staff, vendors and site activities
- Robust ownership and responsibility
Pay: ₹15,306.92 - ₹25,626.24 per month
Work Location: In person
