Your work Profile

OneStream Application Support

- Support administration and maintenance of OneStream applications.
- Monitor workflows, data loads, and reporting processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance standards.

Financial Planning & Reporting

- Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting activities.
- Assist finance teams during month-end and year-end close processes.
- Generate and validate financial reports and dashboards.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements.
- Coordinate enhancement requests and track implementation activities.
- Facilitate communication between users and technical teams.
- Support user training and adoption initiatives.

Team & Project Coordination

- Manage assigned project tasks and timelines.
- Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Maintain project documentation, process guides, and knowledge repositories.
- Coordinate issue tracking and resolution efforts.

Governance & Compliance

- Follow established controls, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial reporting standards.




- Assist with system access reviews and security management activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in OneStream, EPM/CPM applications, finance systems, or business analytics.
- Basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

OneStream (Preferred)

- Basic knowledge of OneStream XF Platform

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to OneStream implementation or support projects.
- Understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365.

- OneStream Foundation Certification or equivalent EPM certification.
