Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hospital Manager on Duty to manage day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. The role requires strong communication, patient-handling, problem-solving, and team-coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily hospital activities during the assigned duty period.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and attendants for operational and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, reception, billing, pharmacy, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth patient services.
- Attend to patient and attendant queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure patients receive timely assistance during admission, consultation, investigations, treatment, transfer, and discharge.
- Monitor waiting times and coordinate with concerned departments to minimize delays.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues within the scope of authority, escalating critical matters to senior management when required.
- Maintain good communication with patients and their families and provide appropriate updates regarding operational matters.
- Monitor the overall cleanliness, safety, security, and discipline of the hospital during duty hours.
- Coordinate emergency and urgent operational requirements with the concerned departments.




- Ensure proper handover of pending issues and important patient/service matters to the next shift or management.
- Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and performance during the assigned shift.
- Maintain proper records, reports, incident reports, and duty-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, patient-safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Support management in improving patient satisfaction and overall hospital service quality.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital administration, hospital operations, patient coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling patients, attendants, doctors, and hospital staff.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is mandatory/preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
