Agrivet Research & Advisory Private Limited is a NABL ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited, DSIR-recognised contract research and laboratory services company specialising in poultry and animal health, based in Kolkata. Since 2012, we have been delivering scientific excellence across research, diagnostics, and industry training through Agrivet School.

We are looking for a sharp, articulate, and scientifically grounded professional to lead our Learning, Quality & Communication function - someone equally comfortable managing a quality management system as they are representing us in front of clients, industry experts, and the media.

About the Role

This is a multi-disciplinary leadership position spanning three areas:

Learning & Development

- Own the end-to-end delivery of Agrivet School's training programs - from participant onboarding and scheduling to logistics, documentation, and invoicing.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industry experts, and resource persons.

Quality Management

- Develop, implement, and maintain the laboratory's Quality Management System in compliance with NABL ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Lead internal audits, coordinate external NABL assessments, manage document control, and drive non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
- Monitor lab performance through KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.





Communication & Marketing

- Develop and curate scientific content for presentations, reports, articles, and publications.
- Manage website content, social media strategy, and marketing collateral.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media and public relations, and represent Agrivet at industry events, symposia, and conferences.

Who We're Looking For

- A background in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline (postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Prior exposure to quality systems, regulatory compliance, or clinical/laboratory research is a strong plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - someone who can write a technical report in the morning and represent the brand at a client meeting in the afternoon.
- A quick, intelligent thinker who can move fluidly between scientific rigour and creative, client-facing communication.
- Robust organisational skills, ownership, and the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
