administration, process support and continuous improvement activities. The individual will play a critical role in enabling UK Learning to operate efficiently at scale whilst maintaining regulatory compliance, operational excellence and a positive stakeholder experience.





The role holder will be responsible for: •Leading and managing the offshore Enablement team, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and performance management.

•Ensuring the effective delivery of learning operations, administration and enablement activities that support UK Learning.

•Coordinating offshore resources across:

•Enablement Project Administrators

•Product and Process Specialists

•Data and Reporting resources

•Learning Operations support roles

•Additional offshore enablement resources as required. [
