JD for Manager - Landscape

Role & responsibilities :

Support the Landscape Lead for the following tasks

- Managing Design documentation for landscape deliverables of assigned projects, printing hardcopies, superseding previous versions of drawings.
- Support in Landscape design, take up CAD and 3D work for landscape tasks as instructed by the Landscape lead and assist in preparing presentations.
- Support in the review of landscape design & coordination with consultants, checking of drawings prior to releasing to site, to ensure all required points discussed in meetings are updated.
- Bring design gaps to the notice of Landscape lead,



taking necessary technical inputs from Landscape lead and relevant project team, provide support in responses to site execution team and help close contractor RFIs.
- Assist in site visits to review that ongoing work is as per drawing and design intent.

Qualification: Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture with a Bachelors degree in Architecture.
