Role & responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the kids indoor play area.

- Lead, motivate and manage the team effectively.

- Drive sales, enquiries, lead conversions and bookings.

- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Plan and execute events and activities.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

- Monitor business performance and work towards revenue targets.

- Develop strategies to grow the business and improve customer engagement.

- Maintain a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for children and families.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of experience in managing indoor play areas, family entertainment centers, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Strong sales and business development skills.

- Target-oriented with a proven ability to drive enquiries, conversions and revenue.

- Good customer handling and relationship-management skills.

- Experience in event planning and execution.

- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- Passion for working with children and families is an advantage.
