Education- MBA (HR) From XLRI

- Talent Acquisition: Hire regional sales managers and other requirement as directed.
- Performance Management: Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales incentive plans.
- Employee Relations: Resolve grievances and build strong engagement within field sales teams.
- Training & Development: Train sales staff on product knowledge, negotiation, and soft skills.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure labor law compliance for field and contract sales staff.

Key Skills

- Solid understanding of sales incentive structures and commission models.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong understanding of TADA and implementing of the policies.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and HRIS software.
- Administration Role
