TravelBullz is looking for an experienced ??????? – ????? ???????????? to own our API and B2B hotel reservations end to end. You would work closely with Tech and Business, hotel suppliers and travel partners.

▸ Run the full booking lifecycle: confirmations, amendments, cancellations, refunds and post-booking support within agreed SOPs, TATs and SLAs both internal and external

▸ Monitor API and offline bookings for failures, duplicates, rate changes and discrepancies, and build controls to prevent them.

▸ Prioritise urgent, VIP, same-day, pay-at-hotel and non-refundable bookings.

▸ Track confirmation delays, rate and availability mismatches,



mapping issues and supplier timeouts with tech and product, through to root cause and resolution.

▸ Own CRM workflows and dashboards: case closure, pre-breach SLA alerts, booking success rate and manual intervention levels.

▸ Maintain the SLA breach register and publish daily, weekly and monthly SLA, KPI and backlog reports with the BI team.

▸ Act as senior point of contact for overbookings, hotel denials, refund disputes and cancellation penalties, negotiating directly with suppliers and agents to minimise losses. ▸ ▸ Automation of processes with Tech and Business and data teams, against measurable efficiency targets.

▸ Lead, coach and develop the reservations team: KPIs, rosters, quality audits, training and hiring.

- 5+ yrs in hotel reservations or operations management within B2B travel tech, an OTA, wholesaler or BedBank.
- Solid grasp of travel distribution technology, API connectivity and hotel mapping (static content vs dynamic rates).
- Comfortable with data tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau to spot systemic booking errors and supplier performance issues.
- Track record of automating manual processes.
- Strong communication and crisis handling, with the confidence to manage high-stakes disputes across B2B distribution layers
