About the Role

This role is crucial to BSV’s vision to deliver better outcomes to patients across international markets.

Eligibility: Any Science Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in market access, consulting, international marketing or public health domain in pharmaceutical industry. Previous experience of liaising and advocacy for health system strengthening and policy shaping in pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Stakeholder mapping of identification of communication strategy for relevant ministries, qualified associations and societies to impactfully shape healthcare policy ecosystem conducive to BSV’s interest in emerging markets globally.
- Undertake field assessment (through secondary data and cross-functional collaboration), data analysis and system evaluation of the existing health programs, policies and country specific initiatives.
- Provide on-site technical assistance and collaborate with government bodies and implementing agencies for market access and business in respective countries.
- Coordinate,



liaison and support Govt health offices in situational analysis and leveraging resources for BSV therapy areas and develop strategy road map.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (medical, marketing, international business team) to deliver strategic objectives of the company.
- Ability to continue collaboration with global institutions, foundations, developmental financial institutions and country health departments and position as a technical partner for the business areas of the company.
- Develop and document analytical reports, technical documents, policy briefs for feedback sharing and debriefing.
- Represent BSV with leaders at important govt. and industry international healthcare conferences and events to drive increased focus of BSV’s impactful work.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong inter-personal and network building abilities are essential for internal and external relationships management.
- Strategic Agility - Ability to drive projects in an evolving business and policy environment to meet short and long-term goals.
- Ability to analyse the impact of healthcare initiatives by global institutions or country-specific governments on the organization’s business and strategy.
- Ability to design, implement and handle multistakeholder programs in collaboration with National/State govts / NGOs / International NGOs to drive revenue growth.
- Travel approximately 20-30% of working time may be expected.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience of liaising and advocacy for health system strengthening and policy shaping in pharmaceutical industry will be preferred, along with International Market experience.
