Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts with 5+ years of experience to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and financial planning. The candidate should have strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including AP, AR, ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, cash flow, and working capital.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial processes.




- Review financial data, identify variances, and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of financial records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and automation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, GST, TDS, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.

Eligibility

- Master's Degree in Finance / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in a corporate/IT/services environment will be preferred

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
