Job Title: Manager - Finance (CA) Industry: Manufacturing Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 2+ Years Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days

Shift: Mexico Shift

Joining: Immediate (Within 3-5 Days Preferred)

SAP Experience: Mandatory

Communication Skills: Positive communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities for the Mexico entity.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and accounting adjustments.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and Intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare Financial Statements (FS) in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS reporting requirements.
- Perform variance analysis for P&L;, Balance Sheet, and key financial metrics; investigate and explain variances.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely completion of financial close activities.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits by preparing schedules,



reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
- Work extensively on SAP for accounting transactions, reporting, reconciliations, and financial close.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial procedures.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance finance operations and reporting efficiency.

Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and General Ledger (GL).
- Experience in Month-End & Year-End Book Closing.
- Ind AS / IFRS Financial Statement Preparation.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Account Reconciliation, and Intercompany Reconciliation.
- Variance Analysis and financial statement analysis.
- Journal Entries, Accruals, Provisions & Adjustments.
- Experience supporting Statutory, Internal, and External Audits.
- Financial Reporting & MIS Reporting.
- SAP (Mandatory).
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF Functions, Financial Reporting).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and work in the Mexico Shift.
