About the role

We’re looking for a storyteller with a reporter’s instincts and a brand builder’s heart — someone who can walk into any part of our business, spot the story worth telling, and shape it into something that moves people. If you’ve chased a byline, worked a beat, or found the real story hiding behind a press note, you already have half the skillset this role needs. The other half is learning to tell those stories not just to a reader, but to thousands of employees across the world, and to every future colleague deciding whether GCPL is where they want to build a career.

From leadership voices to employee moments,

from internal communities to external platforms — you’ll help bring our employer brand to life across every channel that matters. This is a role where a journalism background isn’t just welcome, it’s an advantage: the same instincts that make a good reporter — curiosity, credibility, and an eye for the human detail — are exactly what will make our culture stories land.

Read on, if this sounds like your kind of story!
