The company is looking to hire a Manager/ Deputy Manager with a strong background in solar and wind power projects, including substations and transmission lines up to 220 kV who will be responsible for leading design activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient project execution.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Project Design Planning:

- Prepare and review designs for substations and transmission lines upto 220 KV.
- Lead and manage design activities for solar and wind power projects

- Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including third party agencies,

consultants and vendors).
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Compliance:

- Review drawings, specifications and project documents and ensure Compliance with technical

standards, safety norms and regulatory requirements, permits and environmental standards.
- Project Execution:

- Support Project execution team with technical inputs and troubleshooting.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure design deliverables are met on time.

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:





- Bachelors degree in relevant engineering field,
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in project design, preferably within the renewable energy or solar

industry. Experience in transmission line and evacuation infrastructure of utility-scale solar projects is highly valued.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Strong knowledge of power system design (solar, wind, substations, transmission lines).
- Experience in substation design upto 220kv.
- Good understanding of electrical layouts, SLDs and protection systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project design software and tools
- Must have excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, computerized

maintenance management systems;
- Solid writing and public speaking skills;
- Strategic thinker with an ability to influence wide sphere of stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset based on observed data, inspections, identified trends;
- Integrity & discretion in handling confidential information
