We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and client-focused professional to join us as Manager – Client Relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and developing long-term business relationships.

Position

Manager – Client Relations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and service requirements.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial, investment, and insurance solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Handle client queries, requests, renewals, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services.
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare client reports, proposals, and business updates as required.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or a related industry.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude.
- Good presentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic digital tools.
