Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and reporting.

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements walkthrough sessions.

- Work closely with technology teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and successful solution delivery.

- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

- Prepare status reports, executive updates, and governance documentation.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, data, and external vendors.

- Assist with UAT planning, test case validation, and release coordination.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles.

- Solid understanding of requirements management, stakeholder communication, and project governance.

- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA,



Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with financial services, asset management, private equity, or investment management firms.

- Knowledge of data platforms, reporting systems, or enterprise application implementations.

- Exposure to regulatory, finance, or investment operations processes.

- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
