A Shop Manager (or Retail Store Manager) is responsible for overseeing the daily business operations, staff, and profitability of a retail store.

Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Manage opening and closing procedures, maintain store safety, and ensure the shop floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

- Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate store employees to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Sales & Targets: Drive revenue growth to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle product replenishment, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize shrinkage or stock loss.

- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, resolve escalations professionally, and ensure a welcoming shopping workplace.

- Financial Reporting: Supervise cash handling, billing counters, and prepare daily or monthly sales reports

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
