You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership team, get exposure to real business decisions, and work hands-on across Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, E-commerce & Growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Work on Meta Ads, Google Ads & performance marketing campaigns
- Analyse ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, revenue & campaign performance
- Assist in planning, launching and optimizing digital campaigns
- Conduct competitor, market and customer research
- Work with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Track campaign data and turn numbers into actionable insights
- Build reports, dashboards and presentations
- Explore and implement AI tools for research, marketing, analysis and productivity
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Identify problems, propose solutions and take ownership of execution

Freshers are welcome if they demonstrate exceptional intelligence, ownership, communication and business thinking.

Candidates from BBA, BMS, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Marketing or Business backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

OUR SELECTION PROCESS

Round 1 – IQ & Logical Reasoning Test A 20-question assessment covering logical reasoning and mathematical ability.

Round 2 – Founder Screening A direct interaction with the founder to understand your thinking ability, communication, ambition, ownership and business mindset.

Round 3 – Practical Assessment A real-world digital marketing assignment involving performance marketing, data analysis and Meta/platform-level execution.
