Role Overview -

We are looking for dynamic and driven Management Trainees for our Sponsorship Sales and Digital Sales teams. This role is ideal for MBA graduates who are passionate about sales, sports marketing, and media.

Key Responsibilities -

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in sponsorship and digital sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies
- Pitch and sell branding and advertising opportunities across sports properties
- Work on market research and competitor analysis
- Develop go-to-market strategies across multiple industry categories
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution




- Track and report sales performance and pipeline regularly
- Support monetization of sports and media assets

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA Graduate (mandatory)
