Someone who loves content - watches too much of it, thinks about how its made, and gets genuinely excited about AI tools. If youve ever messed around with ChatGPT, MidJourney, or any AI tool just out of curiosity - we want to talk.

What Kuku Is Building

Were building an AI-native micro drama studio from scratch. Think full episodes, real stories, emotionally engaging shows - made using AI, not a traditional film crew. Our goal is content that millions of people in India and globally actually binge-watch.

This is a 0 1 role. You wont be a cog in a machine. Youll help build the machine.

What Youll Actually Do

- Spend reliable time on tools - this is a hands-on, heads-down role. Youll be on AI platforms daily, producing end-to-end content: from raw script to finished, watchable output

- Own the full production loop - image generation, video creation, voiceovers, editing passes - using AI tools to bring episodes to life.

- Experiment constantly with prompts, workflows, and new tools to improve quality and output speed

- Build repeatable systems so great content can be produced consistently at scale

- Work directly with editors, content producers, and promo producers - some of the best creative minds in the business - to shape content thats both high quality and platform-ready

- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure content drives real outcomes - viewership, retention, and revenue

- Stay ahead of whats new in the AI content space and bring it to the team before anyone else does

This Role Is Not For You If

- You want to just ideate and delegate the doing





- Youre uncomfortable spending long hours experimenting on tools with no guaranteed outcome

- You need a clear playbook - were writing it as we go

Youre Probably a Fit If...

- You spend a lot of time watching movies, shows, anime, reels - and think about why some content just works

- Youve played around with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Runway, Midjourney, or similar - even just for fun

- You dont wait to be taught. You open a new tool and figure it out.

- Youve made anything - a short film, a YouTube video, a meme page, a college event. Output matters more than polish.

- You think from first principles - "why does this work" not just "how do I do this"

Bonus Points If You Have

- Made content for college fests, film clubs, competitions, or just for yourself

- Led a team, event, or initiative - anything that required getting people and moving parts organised

- Some familiarity with prompt engineering concepts (chaining, versioning, etc.) - even self-taught
