Job Summary

We are looking for a Management Research Expert who can conduct in-depth research and develop high-quality academic content in the areas of Management and Business Studies.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding academic requirements, conducting structured research, preparing original academic content, following appropriate referencing standards, and delivering quality work within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze client requirements, academic guidelines, and assessment criteria.
- Conduct primary and secondary research on management and business-related topics.
- Prepare high-quality academic content including:
- Assignments
- Reports
- Case studies
- Research-based documents
- Academic papers
- Analyze and interpret relevant research and information.
- Ensure content is original, plagiarism-free, well-structured, and academically sound.
- Apply appropriate academic referencing and formatting styles such as APA and Harvard.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar,



and logical flow of content.
- Review and incorporate feedback or revisions as required.
- Meet assigned deadlines while maintaining content quality.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and academic materials.
- Follow internal academic processes, quality standards, and company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written English and grammar.
- Good understanding of Management and Business concepts.
- Strong academic writing and content-structuring skills.
- Ability to understand academic guidelines and assessment rubrics.
- Knowledge of academic referencing styles such as APA and Harvard.
- Good comprehension and interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to international academic standards.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Experience

- Freshers with strong academic writing and research skills are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in academic writing, research, content development, or management/business research will be preferred.
