Job Title: Program Management Associate (PMA) Location: NIAT Campuses (On-site) Department: Academic Operations Reporting To: Program Manager Role Overview The Program Management Associate (PMA) plays a pivotal role within NIAT's academic operations ecosystem, functioning as a hybrid contributor across execution and program management support. This role is designed for individuals who can effectively manage day-to-day operations while demonstrating the ability to think strategically and contribute to continuous program improvement. As a PMA, you will ensure seamless academic delivery, enhance student experience, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.

This position serves as a strong foundation for career progression into Program Management and leadership roles within NIAT.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Academic

Operations & Execution - Develop and manage daily and weekly schedules for classes, labs, and assessments

- Coordinate with academic teams to manage session availability on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Oversee content deployment across LMS environments (Beta, Gamma, Live), including updates and issue resolution
- Track and maintain student data, including attendance, submissions, and engagement metrics
- Execute communication campaigns using tools such as WebEngage for reminders, nudges, and announcements
- Maintain structured trackers, dashboards, and reports using Google Sheets/Excel 2.

Student

Support & Campus Coordination - Act as the primary point of contact for student queries, ensuring timely and professional responses

- Facilitate coordination between students, academic mentors, and internal support teams
- Support execution of academic activities including assessments, workshops, placement drives, and campus events




- Ensure smooth on-ground academic operations and student experience 3.

Program

Management & Strategic Support - Collaborate with Program Managers to support planning and execution of academic programs

- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Work cross-functionally with academic, product, content, and student success teams to resolve issues
- Support branding initiatives and student engagement activities on campus
- Coordinate with placement and training teams to streamline students transition into the workforce Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Commerce, Arts, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (filters, basic formulas, data management)
- Strong comfort with digital tools, dashboards, and LMS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive execution mindset
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for drafting communication and operational support is an added advantage Key Competencies - Problem-solving and analytical thinking
