As a Managed Services - Management Company Accounting - Associate 2, you will engage in delivering outsourced solutions and support to clients across various functions. You will help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes on their behalf. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will execute outsourced processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation. You will be expected to adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced workplace,



taking ownership and consistently delivering work that drives value for clients. You will build a brand for yourself, opening doors to more opportunities within our Assurance practice.

Responsibilities - Executing outsourced processes to streamline client operations and enhance efficiency

- Managing client interactions and resolving escalations with professionalism and accuracy
- Reviewing, enriching, and processing data to maintain quality standards
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to optimize service delivery
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to uphold regulatory standards
- Performing contract and legal document reviews to support business process outsourcing
- Developing and applying quality assurance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness
- Collaborating with team members to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Utilizing business process outsourcing skills to drive delivery excellence and client satisfaction
- Engaging in corrective actions and quality assurance troubleshooting to address service issues What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Excelling in communication and active listening
- Demonstrating proficiency in quality assurance process design
- Utilizing skills in compliance auditing and review
- Engaging in customer data management and due diligence
