As a Managed Services - Fund Accounting - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. You will be responsible for managing key processes and functions, leveraging your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide exceptional services to clients. As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.

You will lead with integrity, articulating our purpose and values, while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will execute outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment and processing, implementing and monitoring quality controls, and resolving escalations and queries. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while mentoring junior staff and encouraging them to develop skills beyond their comfort zones.

Responsibilities

- Leading the execution of outsourced processes, including client interaction and data management
- Guiding teams in implementing and monitoring quality controls to enhance service delivery
- Analyzing and identifying system interactions to optimize process efficiency
- Taking ownership of projects, focusing on planning, budgeting, and successful completion
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to maintain compliance standards
- Developing and overseeing quality assurance processes to meet client expectations
- Utilizing business process outsourcing skills to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
