As a Managed Services - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Assurance practice, you will engage with clients across various functions, leveraging your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include executing outsourced processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing your personal brand. You will navigate complex situations, using critical thinking to break down intricate concepts and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients. You are expected to embrace ambiguity, ask insightful questions, and use these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be instrumental in managing key processes and functions on behalf of clients, resolving escalations, and enriching data. Your ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations will be crucial in delivering value and maintaining professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review customized Investor reporting templates for all Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Develop a valuable understanding of real estate private equity funds’ operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications and the reporting source data.
- Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries.
- Provide Audit confirmation to auditors and handle auditor inquiries
- Perform Management Fee calculations/ Investor memo.
- Create and review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests.
- Perform IRR and Time Weighted Return and Leverage Ratio calculation for Real Estate funds.
- Handling LP Mailbox and investor queries on daily basis
- Onboarding Investors to a fund or Investment platform and manage/update salesforce for onboarding
- Handing ad-hoc requests.
- Participate in the process of documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.
- Responsible for the training of new and current Investor Reporting Specialists.
What You Must Have
- MBA/Postgraduate with good knowledge in Finance and Reporting.
- Candidates must have 4-6 years of total experience with 3 years minimum relevant experience in Investor Reporting and Financial reporting.

- The profile involves effective communication across Clients’ facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must
- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as appropriate to meet reporting deadlines and maintain reporting accuracy and analysis abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically.
- Strong organizational and time management skills necessary.
