As a Managed Services - Fund Accounting- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to execute key processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation. This role is client-facing, requiring you to resolve escalations and queries effectively. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations.



You will analyze and identify system interactions, take ownership of projects, and address conflicts or issues, engaging in necessary conversations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Leading and managing outsourced processes to streamline client operations and enhance efficiency

- Overseeing client and customer interactions, confirming quality service delivery and addressing escalations
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards and compliance
- Analyzing and identifying system interactions to optimize process performance and outcomes
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to support accurate and compliant reporting
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to uphold qualified and technical standards
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
