Role & responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding service to our dynamic client base by delivering accounting services and related consulting.

- Work independently helping clients execute their financial transactions using cloud-based accounting tools.

- Work as part of a team to prepare month end close and financial reporting.

- Proactively manage conflicting deadlines and priorities, clearly communicating progress with clients and team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting or a related field required.

- CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred.

- A passion for learning and using technology to deliver the highest possible client service.

- Experience with QuickBooks Online or other cloud-based accounting systems and tools preferred.

- Valuable understanding of US GAAP/Ind AS, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

- Experience with month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
