As a Managed Service - Fund Accounting - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment, and processing. You will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality controls, as well as resolving escalations and queries.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Within our Assurance practice, you will help organizations streamline their operations, reduce costs,



and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf.

Responsibilities Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and processing

Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards

Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction

Conducting compliance reviews and audits to uphold regulatory standards

Reviewing and verifying financial documents to support accurate reporting

Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate actionable insights What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 4 years of experience
