Job Summary

Responsible for managing maintenance activities, new store projects, renovations, and facility-related requirements across all company locations. The role will ensure timely completion of projects, proper maintenance, cost control, safety, and smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage maintenance activities across all stores, offices, warehouses, and facilities.
- Coordinate new store openings, renovation, refurbishment, and relocation projects.
- Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, vendors, and completion schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Handle civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, fire & safety, and other facility-related works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance and repair requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance complaints and breakdowns.
- Verify vendor quotations, work completion, measurements, and invoices.
- Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within approved budgets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, statutory, and technical requirements.
- Maintain records of assets, maintenance schedules,



warranties, AMC contracts, and project documents.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions.
- Support Operations and Finance teams in resolving project and maintenance-related issues.
- Provide regular project and maintenance status reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in maintenance, projects, facility management, retail, hospitality, or F&B.;
- Experience in multi-location/store projects is preferred.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Positive knowledge of project planning, budgeting, BOQ, and cost control.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per week
