We are Co-Pakers for Amul Fresh Dairy Products for Western Odisha. At our plant we manufacture and pack Milk, Curd, Sweet Curd, Lassi and Buttermilk. We have a state of art Dairy Plant with a packing capacity of about 1.5 LLPD.

We are hiring for a Maintenance incharge for our plant who will have a small team of 3-4 technicians under him, but he will also be a hands on person.

✅ Technical Expertise – Clearly emphasizes:

- SS (stainless steel) pipeline welding (TIG Welding) for dairy processing equipment (Mandatory)
- GI and MS structure welding
- Pump maintenance (critical for dairy operations)
- Equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Electrical & Electronic item maintenance (preferred)

✅ Hybrid Role Clarity – Balances:

- Hands-on welding and maintenance work (~60%)
- Team leadership of 4–6 maintenance technicians (~40%)




- Not a pure supervisory role—candidate must be skilled and willing to get their hands dirty

✅ Experience Requirements – Positioned at 3–5 years:

- Specifically in dairy/FMCG/Food processing (Preferred)
- Emphasizes supervisory experience to attract those ready for leadership
