Key Responsibilities

- Equipment Reliability: Oversee mechanical maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting of mechanical/hydraulic press lines, feeds, and transfer systems.

- Maintenance Strategy: Run preventive and predictive maintenance programs to cut down unexpected line stoppages.

- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule mechanical technicians and shift engineers.

- Spare Parts Management: Track inventory, forecast required critical mechanical spares, and manage vendor parts supply.

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance tasks follow lockout/tagout (LTO/LOTO) and factory safety rules.

- Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs like MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) to boost press efficiency.

- Qualification- BE(Mechanical) with 10+Yrs experience in press shop mechanical maintenance

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
