Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator (Tube Machine) to operate and maintain tube-filling and sealing machines in our cosmetics and oral care manufacturing facility The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and minimize downtime

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor tube-filling and sealing machines for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products

Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines according to product specifications

Inspect and maintain machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations

Perform troubleshooting for mechanical or operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs

Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 22716, and safety guidelines

Maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation and machine logs

Ensure proper material loading, alignment, and quality control to meet production standards

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure finished products meet compliance standards

Train and guide junior operators on machine handling and safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

Hands-on experience in operating tube-filling and sealing machines

Knowledge of machine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Understanding of cosmetic and oral care product manufacturing processes

Familiarity with GMP, ISO 22716, FDA compliance, and hygiene standards





Ability to work with PLC-controlled machines (preferred)

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail to ensure accurate filling and sealing

Problem-solving skills for quick troubleshooting and issue resolution

Teamwork and communication to collaborate with production and quality teams

Time management skills to meet production deadlines efficiently

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Education & Certifications:

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

Certification in machine operation or industrial automation is a plus

Preferred Experience:

2-5 years of experience as a Tube Machine Operator in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry

Experience working in a GMP-compliant manufacturing facility is preferred
