We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join the IRAS (Item Recognition as a Service)

team within the Intelligent Store Execution Engine (ISEE)

platform at Walmart/Sam's Club.

This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in building and managing end-to-end MLOps pipelines, production-grade machine learning systems, and cloud-based ML infrastructure. You will work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Platform teams to build scalable machine learning solutions supporting computer vision and intelligent retail applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete MLOps lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ML pipelines.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.
- Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and performance tracking.
- Productionize and optimize data science code.
- Enable model versioning,



reproducibility, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize MLOps best practices.
- Support multiple ML products and initiatives simultaneously.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end MLOps lifecycle

- Excellent Python programming skills
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals
- Experience with MLflow and/or Kubeflow
- Cloud experience ( GCP preferred , Azure also acceptable)

- SQL and Big Data technologies (Spark, Databricks, etc.)
- Docker & Kubernetes

- Shell scripting
- Experience supporting production ML platforms

- Retail domain experience
- GPU optimization for ML workloads
