Job Summary

We are seeking an M365 & Collaboration Operations Engineer to provide Level 2 support and administration for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint services in an enterprise environment. The role will focus on service operations, troubleshooting, compliance, performance, and continuous improvement while working closely with Level 3 teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide L2 operational support for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint services, including

incidents, service requests, problems, and changes.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including user access,

permissions, storage quotas, configuration, and service-related issues.
- Monitor service availability, performance, compliance, and user experience, and take

appropriate corrective actions.
- Support Microsoft 365 configuration, patching, compliance, and operational reporting.

Investigate recurring issues, perform ticket trend analysis, and identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.
- Collaborate with L3 teams and customer stakeholders to resolve complex technical

issues and support planned changes.
- Maintain operational standards to ensure service reliability, security, compliance, and

user productivity.
- Provide 24x5 shift-based support, including on-call support for Priority 1 incidents and





planned changes outside standard service hours. Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 administration, operations, and

enterprise support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online administration.
- Experience providing L2 support for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Positive understanding of Microsoft 365 configuration, compliance, monitoring, and

troubleshooting.
- Experience with Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management.
- Ability to analyze operational trends and identify automation and service improvement

opportunities.
- Experience working in a 24x5 or shift-based support environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
