Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our company.

The Procurement

Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by coordinating and managing various activities related to purchase operations, negotiation with distributors & vendors, Vendor Development, and sales support functions. Coordinating with F&A; and logistics team for PO and material deliveries. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT procurement, coordination and a deep understanding of the IT industry.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Understanding the Purchase orders from customers, coordinating with sales team for material sourcing from distributors, vendors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sourcing of materials.
- Making PO Billing sheet, Quotations, and method needed to obtain the best pricing.
- Manage the order processing cycle, from order entry to fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Vendor management of IT hardware and networking, software.
- Negotiating with the vendors for material procurement while coordinating with the higher authorities of the company, ensuring statutory and company compliances
- Procurement of all types of IT hardware and networking items
- Quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Design, Plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies.
- IT Asset management,



tracking & inventory management.
- Weekly submit purchase order & MIS data.
- Vendor registration for New Prospect.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing.
- Follow up with different distributors for Pricing.
- Supporting the field sales team for pricing/Quotations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market.

Skills Required :

- Proven experience in Procurement & Negotiations, sales coordination, Vendor Development preferably in the IT industry.
- Should have experience in creating a BOQ and vendor management, purchasing, payment follow up.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful insights.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
