Key Responsibilities

As a US IT Recruiter Trainee, you will:

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Search and source candidates using job portals, resume databases,



and other professional platforms.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Contact candidates through phone calls, emails, and other professional communication channels.
- Explain job opportunities clearly and professionally to candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and understand their skills, experience, availability, and career expectations.
- Discuss compensation and negotiate pay rates within approved ranges.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Learn and follow US recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and professional standards.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and recruitment managers to achieve hiring goals.
- Continuously improve sourcing, communication, negotiation, and recruitment skills.
