- We're hiring a Long Form Video Editor at Munchable to own editing and post-production of documentary-style brand films, YouTube video essays, and long-form original content.

- You'll work on content for Munchable's Originals BU including video essays, investigative narratives, and AI and policy-focused long-form series as well as long-form brand deliverables for clients in fintech, edtech, and D2C.

What you'll do:

- Edit long-form videos (10 to 40 minutes) from rough cut to final delivery

- Build narrative-driven edits with strong pacing and storytelling instinct

- Handle colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration

- Manage timelines across multiple concurrent projects

- Collaborate with writers, creative directors, and founders on tone and structure

- Stay proficient with AI-assisted editing tools and integrate them into your workflow Solid narrative instinct and reliability are non-negotiable.

- You need to hold a story together across 30 minutes of footage.
