I’m looking for a skilled Long-Form Video Editor to join my creative team and work on high-quality YouTube and long-form content for multiple clients/projects.

What I’m looking for:

- Strong understanding of storytelling & audience retention
- Excellent pacing, cuts & narrative flow
- Good sense of B-roll, music & sound design
- Comfortable with motion graphics, subtitles & visual effects
- Ability to turn raw footage into engaging, polished content
- Solid attention to detail and consistency
- Experience editing YouTube/long-form content is preferred
