V2 Retail Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Logistics Operations with 5–10 years of experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, warehouse coordination, transportation management, inventory movement, and operational efficiency across regional hubs, warehouses, and retail stores.

The role requires strong leadership capabilities, process management expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth logistics execution while maintaining cost efficiency and service quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across warehouses, hubs, and retail stores.

Oversee transportation planning, dispatch management, and timely delivery of stock.

Ensure smooth coordination between warehouses, vendors, transporters, and store operations teams.

Monitor inventory movement, stock transfers, and replenishment activities.

Drive warehouse operational efficiency and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Track shipment status, dispatch timelines, and delivery performance metrics.

Manage logistics MIS reports, operational dashboards, and KPI reporting.

Optimize transportation costs and improve logistics productivity.

Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.





Lead warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational targets.

Handle escalation management related to delays, shortages, or operational issues.

Support process improvement initiatives for supply chain optimization.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Solid knowledge of retail logistics and warehouse operations.

Experience in transportation management and inventory control.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, ERP systems, and SCM software.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage operations under pressure and strict timelines.

Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs and operational reporting. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.

MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

5–10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

Experience in V2 Retail or similar retail/fashion organizations preferred.

Exposure to regional distribution center operations and retail logistics management. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

On-time stock dispatch and delivery performance.

Inventory accuracy and reduction in stock discrepancies.

Transportation cost optimization.

Warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.

Timely MIS and operational reporting.
