Core Duties &

- Responsibilities

- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, track and trace inventory, and balance storage costs with product availability.

- Transportation &
- Shipping:

Manage inbound and outbound schedules, plan delivery routes, and oversee freight tracking.

- Vendor &

- Carrier Management:

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers.

- Warehouse Supervision: Design optimal facility layouts, manage receipt and dispatch processes, and enforce safety protocols.

- Data &

- Performance Tracking:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery rates and shipping costs to spot bottlenecks.

- Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor warehouse and logistics staff while handling shift scheduling and performance reviews.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transit, import/export, and storage practices follow local, national, and international laws.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹56,840.60 per month
