Logistics Coordinator The Role

As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all logistics activities related to the movement, storge and documentation of marine materials, spare parts, equipment and finished products. You will be the key point of contact between suppliers, freight agents and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and support the project execution and delivery.

This role ensures timely, accurate and cost effective transportation and delivery in alignment with the company's operation and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities





Need to go through the check list and approve for generation of Shipping Bill / BOE.

Need to go through the BL draft for filing the Final BL.

Tracking of advance license import consumption against the export quantity for smooth closure of the Advance license in DGFT.

Coordinate with Production and quality department for the dimension / Size for the preparation of Shipping bill.

Handling the field complaints from the customer and respond to the solutions by coordinating with the relevant departments internally.

Application / Renewal of mandatory certificates or documents periodically.

SIMS registration and closing of the same to be handled (Training will be provided)

Preparation of Insurance for the goods, E-way bill and IFS activity.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.

3+ years of experience as Logistics Coordinator

Positive knowledge of import & export documentation.

Proficiency in MS office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Capable to equip in IFS activity after training.

Read simple drawings to determine the Size of the cargo.
