We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Airport Operations Coordinator to manage the entry and exit of materials, tools, and equipment at airport project sites. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, compliant, and well-documented logistics operations within a high-security airport environment, working closely with site teams, vendors, and airport authorities.

This is a site-based role at the airport. Freshers with good communication skills, basic MS Excel knowledge, and a willingness to work in a site environment are encouraged to apply.

Material & Equipment Movement Coordination

- Coordinate material entry and exit activities at the airport site
- Manage entry/exit procedures for tools and equipment as per airport security protocols
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials in line with project schedules




- Track and reconcile material/equipment movement against approved lists and gate passes

Airport Pass & Documentation Management

- Prepare and maintain Excel trackers for airport passes (material, personnel, and vehicle)
- Maintain up-to-date documentation required for airport access and security clearance
- Monitor validity of passes and proactively coordinate renewals before expiry
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with airport authority requirements

Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance

- Coordinate with airport authorities, security personnel, and CISF/security checkpoints as required
- Liaise with project stakeholders, vendors, and the site team to ensure smooth logistics flow
- Ensure strict compliance with airport procedures, safety norms, and security regulations
- Escalate and resolve documentation or access discrepancies promptly

Records & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all material and equipment movement
- Support day-to-day site logistics operations and ad-hoc coordination requirements
- Prepare regular status reports/trackers for the reporting manager

Education & Experience

- Intermediate (10+2) / Any Graduate
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, site coordination, material management, or related areas
- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in an airport,



restricted-access, or high-security site environment is preferred

Technical Skills

- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate trackers and documentation
- Comfortable learning airport-specific pass and compliance systems

Communication & Personal Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, discipline, and adherence to security protocols
- Ability to coordinate calmly and effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to work within a regulated, compliance-driven airport environment
- Willingness to work in a site-based role
