Position Title: Logistics Executive

Location: Bangalore – Work from Office / Warehouse (as applicable)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Logistics Executive who will be responsible for coordinating dispatches, managing shipment tracking, and ensuring timely movement of goods.

The candidate will work closely with production, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth coordination of inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dispatch Coordination:

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
- Ensure timely movement of goods to customers or warehouses.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.

2. Shipment Tracking & Follow-up:

- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow up with transporters for updates and resolve delays.
- Maintain dispatch status reports.

3. Vendor & Transporter Management:

- Maintain relationships with logistics vendors and transporters.




- Compare freight quotes and assist in cost optimization.
- Ensure service quality and adherence to timelines.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate logistics records.
- Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.
- Coordinate with accounts team for freight invoices and billing verification.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams:

- Align dispatch timelines with production readiness.
- Communicate shipment status to sales and operations teams.
- Resolve logistical bottlenecks proactively.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- ERP exposure preferred.
- Bilingual communication skills preferred (English and Hindi).
